My Bio
Now that I am in my 60's I have slowed down on the weights and now I am more involved in just Calisthenics.
I am really enjoying "supernatural" as my main exercise routine because it gives me hours of movement while practicing my boxing skills in natural movement situations. Since it uses only your body weight there is a lot of repetition in leg movement and simulated leg lifts, dips, and jabs and hooks.
I'm also enjoying the music and choice of timed routines for keeping me interested and not over worked.
